Ballarat Swap Meet has changed its location and configuration to previous years, with all catering being centralised for ease of access to both caterers and stall holders. Vehicle movement will be kept to a minimum. All staff must park in the Volunteer car park and show their wrist band to enter the Swap Meet area.
Stall holders will require a food permit from the City of Ballarat Council; also provide precise details of width and length of total area you require including towbar.
In previous years caterers were expected to provide the Ballarat Swap Meet with 20% of their sales, however it was decided to charge a flat fee for services from 2016.
To secure your site, fill out ‘Expression of Interest‘ details, and send to us. If your application is successful, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit.
